摘要
慢性前列腺炎在青年男性患者中是一种常见的综合性疾病,该病可由多种不同原因引起,但其发病机制尚未完全明确。在临床上,多表现为盆腔和生殖器的疼痛以及排尿刺激性等,目前主要根据其临床表现进行诊断,缺乏一种更为准确和有效的检测手段,且由于前列腺本身所特有的解剖和生理结构特点,使疾病的治疗难以达到理想的效果。该文就近几年来慢性前列腺炎检测方法的研究进展予以综述。
Chronic prostatitis（CP） is a common comprehensive disease in young male patients,the pathogenesis of which is not clarified and may be caused by a variety of different reasons.The clinical performance of CP includes pelvic and genitals pain and urinary irritation.For now,CP diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestation,lack of more accurate and effective method.The treatment of CP is difficult to achieve an ideal effect due to its unique anatomy and physiological characteristics.Here is to make a review of the research progress of diagnosis and detection methods of CP in recent years.
