Advances of Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction in Severe Emphysema Therapy

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种严重危害人类健康的多发性疾病,目前仍缺乏有效的内科治疗手段。自肺减容术(LVRS)被提出来以后,COPD的治疗得到了迅速发展。支气管镜LVRS通过支气管镜,利用物理或化学方法使过度通气的肺组织萎缩、塌陷从而达到肺减容的目的,其以较小的创伤和可靠的疗效越来越受到广大学者的重视。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is one of the multiple diseases which hazard human health and is still lack of effective medical treatment.Since lung volume reduction surgery being proposed,it has been rapidly developing in recent years.Bronchoscopic lung volume reduction（BLVR） utilizes physical or chemical methods to make excessive ventilation lung tissue collapse or atrophy.More and more scholars have been paid more attention to BLVR which is featured with smaller traumatic and reliable curative effect.
