运营型IT组织的管理技法与管理模型研究

摘要 本文在分析当前常用的IT服务管理方法论的基础上,结合运营型IT组织的运作特点,提出了始于"人"的思考方法,并从思想方法、工作方法和工具支撑的三个层次上构建了管理模型。该模型基于IT组织的管理思考方法,采用分层次的思考结构,易于理解,并有管理平台作为支撑,便于使用。 In this paper, the author firstly analyzes the common management methodology of IT service, used in modern time. And then the author puts forward people- oriented management philosophy, according to the operational characteristics of operation service IT organization. At last the author sets up management model, based on three hierarchies, such as thinking methods, work methods and tools. Because the model, which is put forward in this paper, has following characteristics: based on management philosophy of IT organization, having hierarchical structure, well understood, supported by management platform, it can be used easily.
