摘要
针对现有的大容量喷射式绞纱染色机存在出口流量分配不均匀的问题,利用Fluent软件对多孔喷管内部流场进行模拟,结合多孔管流量分配理论对出口流量分配不均匀的原因进行分析,通过增设内管、增加渐扩管及改变内管形状等方法,实现了出口流量的均匀性,并且所做的改进不会对染色机其他结构产生影响.
Aiming at the problem of the uneven distribution of flow out rate of the present high-capacity injection type hank dyeing machine,the inner flow field of porous nozzle was simulated using Fluent software and the reason of uneven distribution of flow out rate was analyzed utilizing porous pipe flow distribution theory.It was concluded that the uniformity of flow out rate of the porous nozzle was realized through adding additional inner pipes and diverging pipers and changing inner pipe shape,which didn′ t change the current structure of the dyeing machine.
