阳离子皂洗剂在活性染料染色中的应用研究

Study on the application of cationic soaping agent in reactive dyeing

在活性染料染色后处理时,为充分去除浮色,普遍采用中性皂皂洗.以阳离子皂洗剂LF-10代替中性皂,对比皂洗后染色品的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度.结果表明,阳离子皂洗剂LF-10作为活性染料染后处理助剂,兼有皂洗和固色作用,可以省去中性皂皂洗后的阳离子固色剂固色工序,且具有增深作用.试验确定了阳离子皂洗剂LF-10的最佳用量为3g/L.

In order to remove the loose dye thoroughly,neutral soap is usually used in post treatment of reactive dyeing.Cationic soaping agent LF-10 was substituted for neutral soap to compare the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of the dyed samples.The results showed that as post treatment agent in reactive dyeing,cationic soaping agent LF-10 had both soaping and fixing effect.Consequently,the fixation process by cationic fixing agent after soaping could be omitted,and the color depth could also be increased.Moreover,the optimum concentration of cationic soap agent LF-10 was determined as 3g/L.
