摘要
采用试验对新型齿型法兰节点轴心受压性能进行研究.试验选用《钢管塔标准设计》中的FP2121和FP2727型法兰盘,按原尺寸加工成足尺模型,并做成标准法兰节点,然后采用500T压力试验机对节点施加轴心压力直至破坏.结果表明,法兰节点的破坏形态,均表现为靠近法兰节点处钢管的局部屈曲,法兰和焊缝处未发生破坏,法兰盘强度有较大富余.
Tests had been used to study the behavior of tooth-neck flanges joints under axial compression load. In the test, full scale models of FP2121 and FP2727 from Standard Design of steel tower were used in the joints, which were brought to bear axial compression load under 500T compression testing machine. The results show that the destroying forms of joints are all the local bucking of the pipes, all the joints destroyed are far away from the flanges and welds, and the strength of flanges is more than enough_
