四个蛋鸡品种(系)鸡蛋中蛋黄、浓蛋白、稀蛋白比例的研究 被引量:3

Studies on the Percentage of Yolk,Thick Albumen and Thin Albumen of Eggs in Four Layer Breeds(Lines)

摘要 试验分析了海兰褐壳蛋鸡、淮南麻黄鸡、贵妃鸡和D1系4个蛋鸡品种(系)所产鸡蛋的蛋黄比例、浓蛋白比例、稀蛋白比例及浓稀比。结果表明:淮南麻黄鸡、贵妃鸡和D1系的蛋黄比例显著高于海兰蛋鸡(P<0.05),浓蛋白比例显著低于海兰蛋鸡(P<0.05);海兰蛋鸡的浓稀比最高达1.19,贵妃鸡最低仅0.91;D1系母鸡30周龄鸡蛋浓蛋白、稀蛋白及蛋黄比例与40、50周龄时显著相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。D1系稀蛋白比例、浓稀比与蛋重均呈显著正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),蛋黄比例与蛋重显著负相关(P<0.01),蛋黄比例、浓蛋白比例、稀蛋白比例及浓稀比均与哈氏单位无显著相关(P>0.05)。 The percentages of yolk,thick albumen,thin albumen and the ratio of thick to thin albumen in eggs from Hy-Line brown,Huainan,princess,and D1 line chickens were analyzed in the study. The results showed that,compared with Hy-Line brown,the percentages of yolk from eggs of Huainan,princess,and D1 line chickens were higher(P〈0.05),while the percentages of thick albumen were lower(P〈0.05). The ratio of thick to thin albumen of Hy-Line brown chicken was the highest(1.19),while that of princess chicken was the lowest(0.91). In D1 line,the percentages of thick albumen,thin albumen and yolk at 30 weeks of age significantly were correlated with those at 40 and 50 weeks of age(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),respectively;The percentage of thin albumen as well as the ratio of thick to thin albumen was positively correlated with egg weight(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),and the percentage of yolk was negatively correlated with egg weight(P〈0.01);However,the percentages of yolk,thick albumen,thin albumen and the ratio of thick with thin albumen were not significantly correlated with Haugh unit(P〉0.05).
