摘要
将300只10日龄鹌鹑随机分成5组,每组60只,以功率为15 W的中波紫外灯为紫外线光源,以每天连续照射1、2、4和6 h(紫外线照射剂量分别为1.4、2.8、5.6、8.4μW·h/cm2)的鹌鹑为试验组,未接受紫外线照射的鹌鹑为对照组。在38日龄时从每组中随机抽取30只测定血清生化指标并进行分析比较。结果表明:与对照组相比,每天用15 W的中波紫外灯连续照射6 h和4 h可显著提高血清中白蛋白和钙的含量,采用5.6~8.4μW·h/cm2的中波紫外线照射可望提高鹌鹑的生产性能。
Three hundred 10-day-age quails were randomly divided into 5 groups,which included 4 experiment groups and 1 control group with 60 birds in each group. The experiment birds received treatment with different irradiation doses(time)of ultraviolet by same wavelength. The ultraviolet radiation sources were the 15 W ultraviolet B radiation(UV-B)lights. 4 experiment groups had been continuously irradiated for 1 h(1.4 μW·h/cm2),2 h(2.8 μW·h/cm2),4 h(5.6 μW·h/cm2)and 6 h(8.4 μW·h/cm2)each day,respectively. The control group was not irradiated by ultraviolet radiation. At 38 days of age,30 birds in each group were randomly selected to measure serum biochemical indexes,and the indexes of different groups were compared by statistical analysis. The results showed that content of serum albumin and calcium of the quails under 6 h and 4 h of UV-B irradiation per day were higher than those in control group. It was concluded that the production performance of quails could be improved by 5.6 to 8.4 μW·h/cm2UV-B irradiation.
