摘要
传统边缘检测算法存在着色彩边缘缺失、定位精度不高、部分边缘虚假、抗噪性能差等不足,为此,提出一种改进的基于四元数理论的Canny算法.该算法采用彩色四元数边缘特征矩阵计算图像边缘的梯度幅值,以精确地提取图像边缘.实验证明,该算法能有效降低彩色边缘信息的漏检率和误检率,提高边缘检测的抗噪性能和边缘检测的定位精度,能够满足工程应用的要求.
Conventional edge detection algorithms suffer from the problems of color edge deletion,low positioning accuracy,a false pseudo-edge and poor anti-noise performance.This paper proposes an improved method based on quaternion Canny operators to solve such problems.The method utilizes colored edge features quaternion matrix to calculate image edge gradient amplitude and thus can extract the edges accurately.We use PSNR and Pratt quantitative to evaluate the quality of the proposed algorithm,and the experimental results demonstrate that it is insensitive to noise and can reduce the color edge information missing rate and false detection rate efficiently.
