摘要
提出以膜曝气生物反应器(MABR)与絮凝联合工艺处理合成橡胶废水。在MABR工段,膜内曝气压力为0.08 MPa、料液循环流速为0.04 m/s时,COD、NH4+-N、色度的去除率分别达到78.7%、97.8%、24.1%。在一定范围内,增加膜内曝气压力及提高料液流速有利于MABR性能的提高。在絮凝工段,通过添加复合絮凝剂能进一步将COD降至45 mg/L、色度降至47倍。MABR-絮凝联合工艺是一种可高效处理合成橡胶废水的新型工艺技术。
The combined process,membrane-aerated biofilm reactor(MABR)-flocculation,for the treatment of syn-thetic rubber wastewater has been proposed. In the MABR section ,when the intra-membrane aeration pressure is 0.08 MPa and the feed flow velocity 0.04 m/s,the removing efficiencies of COD,ammonia nitrogen and chroma are 78.7%,97.8%and 24.1%,respectively. Within a certain range,increasing the intra-membrane aerated pressure and improving the feed flow velocity are advantageous for the enhancement of MABR capacity. In the flocculation sec-tion,the COD and chroma are further reduced to 45 mg/L and 47 times,respectively by adding composite flocculant. The combined process,MABR-flocculation is a kind of new type of technology which can be applied to the efficient treatment of synthetic rubber wastewater.
