摘要
在磁场除垢防垢应用中,管道材料性质的差异会导致流体介质内部的真实磁场大小与理论值存在一定偏差,即磁屏蔽现象,这会大大影响磁处理效果。因此,采用对照试验方法建立两套装置,研究螺线管缠绕段材料分别为铁管和塑料管时,磁屏蔽效应对磁处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,减小磁屏蔽效应,电子除垢仪的除垢、防垢及缓蚀效果得到了提升。
In the application of magnetic field to magnetic descaling and antiscaling ,the differences of pipeline ma-terials will lead to the deviation between the real size of magnetic field inside the fluid medium and its theoretical value,namely,magnetic shielding phenomena,which will greatly influence the results of magnetic treatment. There-fore,two sets of devices have been established for doing contrast experiments,studying how magnetic shielding effect affects the magnetic treatment when solenoid winding segment materials are iron pipes and plastic pipes ,respective-ly. Through all the experiments,it is found that the descaling,antiscaling and corrosion inhibiting results of the elec-tronic antiscaler can be improved by reducing magnetic shielding effect.
