摘要
科学合理的无偿献血志愿者工作体系的建立及运营,是建立与稳定无偿献血志愿者队伍、增加献血人数、提升献血数量的重要途径,有利于解决我国目前面临的"血液紧张"问题。多年来,青岛市从创新组织结构、优化队伍、健全制度、规范志愿者行为等多方面着手进行无偿献血志愿者工作体系的建设,从志愿队管理者的选拔、志愿者培训、激励、团队文化建设等方面狠下功夫,增加了志愿者队伍的凝聚力,使志愿者队伍不断壮大,增加了无偿献血人数,完善了青岛市无偿献血长效机制,保证了临床不断增长的用血需求。
Scientific and reasonable system of voluntary blood donation work is important to stabilize volunteers for blood donation and improve the number of blood donors and to resolve blood shortage in the country. Over the years,Qingdao has continued its efforts in constructing a system of voluntary blood donation,from incorporating innovative organizational structures,optimizing team structure,improving the system to standardizing volunteers' behaviors. To organize the voluntary blood donation system,Qingdao has also worked on selecting volunteers on a managerial level,training volunteers,motivating,and promoting the construction of team culture. Not only have these efforts improved the cohesion among volunteers,but the number of volunteers has continued to experience positive growth,which in turn led to increasing numbers of voluntary blood donation,an improved long- term mechanism of voluntary blood donation and assurance of the increasing clinical blood demand.
