Excel中Vlookup函数在献血奉献奖统计中的应用

The application of the search and reference function of Excel table in Vlookup in blood donation award statistics

目的为提高献血奉献奖统计效率和准确性,对Excel中"Vlookup"函数在献血奉献奖统计中的运用进行了尝试。方法应用Excel中的查找与引用函数"Vlookup",对献血奉献奖统计中的有关数据进行处理。结果从27 287名献血者中,统计出获奖者579名,用时2 h,获奖数据录入后,用同法校对发现录入错误23处。结论在献血奉献奖统计中,应用Excel的查找与引用函数"Vlookup",有助于提高统计效率和准确性。

Objective To improve the efficiency and accuracy of blood donation award statistics. Methods The search and reference functions of Excel table in ＂ Vlookup＂ is applied in processing the data related to blood donation award statistics. Results From 27,287 donors,579 winners were selected within 2 hours. After entering the information of all the winners,23 input errors were found. Conclusion The application of the search and reference functions of Excel table in ＂ Vlookup＂ is helpful to improve the efficiency and accuracy of blood donation award statistics.
