摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是一种在睡眠时因气道反复塌陷引起呼吸暂停的一种疾病。上呼吸道的解剖异常和相关病变是该病发生的关键因素之一。国内外许多研究团队从上呼吸道的解剖结构入手,并结合医学影像,应用生物力学方法,对发生此病的各种机制进行深入的分析研究从而探索有效的治疗方式。本文简要介绍了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关的上呼吸道生物力学研究背景和进展,对几种主要的研究方法进行了介绍,并对不同方法的特点及未来的发展前景进行了分析和讨论。
The obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a sleep apnea caused by repeated airway collapses. Anatomical abnormalities of the upper airway and related lesions have become the main cause of the disease. Considering the complex anatomy structure of the upper airway, many researchers in china and abroad utilize the medical imaging techniques and apply the methodology of bio-mechanics to analyze the various mechanisms of OSAS, so as to explore an effective treatment. This paper brielfy introduces the background and recent progress in studies on the OSAS-related bio-mechanical behavior of the upper airway. Several main research methods are introduced, and the characteristic and future development of different methods are also analyzed and discussed.
