摘要 采用氯化焙烧工艺,研究从云南某黄金矿山氰化尾渣中回收有价金属的过程,主要研究内容为氯化剂用量、还原剂用量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间对有价金属挥发效果的影响,得到的最佳工艺参数为:氯化钙用量3%、还原剂9%、焙烧温度1 000℃、焙烧时间40 min,在此条件下,氰化尾渣中Au、Ag、Pb、Zn和Cu有价金属挥发率分别为81.30%、84.49%、97.59%、72.44%、66.00%。 The valuable metals recovery from cyanidation slag by chlorination roasting of one Yunnan gold mine is researched through chloridizing roasting process, the main research contents are: clorinating agent dosage, reducing agent dosage, and the effect of roasting temperature and time on volatilization, so we can get the optimal process parameters: the dosage of calcium chloride is 3%, the re- ducing agent is 9%, the roasting temperature is 1 000℃, the roasting time is 40min, under these conditions, the volatilization rate of valua- ble metals, such as Au, Ag, Pb, Zn and Cu in eyanidation slag separately are 81.30% , 84. 49%, 97.59%, 72. 44%, 66. 00%.
