摘要
贵州某金矿选厂废水中含有较高的硫氰酸根,远超出了国家的排放标准。采用Fenton法对其进行实验室小型试验研究,利用自行组装的试验装置对该选厂废水进行条件试验研究,最终得到了最优的试验参数。在p H=1.8,Fenton试剂用量为16 m L/L,气液比≥300∶1,温度≥40℃,反应吹脱时间≥4 h的条件下,有效地去除了废水中硫氰酸根,达到硫氰酸根排放标准,并使其以氰化钠的形式得以回收。
The higher thiocyanate radical contained in the wastewater of one gold ore dressing plant in Guizhou, the content of thiocyanate radical is far more than the state standard of effluent discharge. The small lab test are carded out by Fenton method; the condi- tion experimental study on this wastewater of the dressing plant is carried out by utilization of self - assembly experimental device, and the optimal test parameters are finally got. The thiocyanate radical in the wastewater are removed effectively and up to the discharge standard of thiocyanate radical and it is recovered in the form of sodium cyandie, when pH = 1.8, the Fenton agent dosage is 16 mL/L, the vapor liquid ratio ≥300 : 1, the temperature ≥40℃, and the reaction stripping time ≥4 hours.
