摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸四丁酯和氨水为前驱体,制备了不同掺N量的锐钛矿结构Ti O2粉末.通过X线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等分析手段对样品进行表征,并在高压汞灯以及室内自然光下,进行了样品对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解实验.结果显示:钛酸四丁酯与浓氨水体积比为V[Ti(OC4H9)4]∶V(NH4OH)=4∶1时,样品具有较优异的光催化性能,并且在室内自然光下也具有较强的催化活性.
Using tetrabutyl titanate and ammonia as precursors,various N-doped anatase Ti O2 powders were prepared though the sol-gel method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),UV-Visible diffuse reflectance spectrum( UV-Vis DRS) and other methods. Under the irradiation of the high pressure mercury lamp and the indoor natural light,the photocatalytic degradation experiment of methyl orange solution was carried out by the sample. The experiment shows that when the volume ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to ammonia equals 4 ∶ 1,the sample can demonstrate a better photocatalytic property,and it also has a strong catalytic activity with indoor natural light.
