摘要
在塑壳断路器生产中,对一种新型断路器自动调节锁紧装置中的移动框架结构进行设计.根据该装置中移动框架实现功能,结合现代设计方法、计算机辅助设计技术以及三维实体造型,通过有限元技术和虚拟样机技术分析移动框架的受力状况和运动情况,优化设计移动框架内各个机构,使设计的移动框架达到了操作控制简便、工作平稳、使用寿命长的目的.
In the production of molded case circuit breaker,a new type of circuit breaker automatically adjust the mobile frame structure of locking device was designed. According to the realization function of the mobile framework,the modern design method,computer aided design technology and three-dimensional entity model were used. The finite element technology and virtual prototype technology were used to analyze the stress and movement of the mobile framework,the institutions inside the framework of mobile was optimized,the aims of easy operation,stable working,long service life of the mobile framework were achieved.
