摘要
对父母教育、家庭经济等家庭因素,学习成绩和身体健康等个人因素与大学生积极心理资本的关系进行了探索.采用个人情况调查表、一般自我效能量表、生活定向测验、成人希望特质量表和心理弹性量表对700名大学生进行了调查,并对调查数据进行了定量分析.研究结果表明:提升大学生积极心理资本,可以着重从他们自身的学习成绩和身体健康入手,但不能忽视父母教育、家庭经济等因素;父亲要多参与孩子的学习和生活;母亲在管教孩子学习时要防止过高要求带来的负面效果.
The relationships between the factors of family-person,such as parental education,family economy status,academic score,physical health state and positive psychological capital were explored. A total of 700 college students were assessed with personal information questionnaire,general self-efficacy scale,life orientation text,adult dispositional hope scale and resilience scale. The research results show that to increase positive psychological capital of college students,it can start from improving their scores and states of physical health.Meanwhile,the roles of family factors should not be ignored. Meanwhile,fathers should join in all kinds of children's learning and living events,and mothers should pervent negative effect on their children for too high requirements.
