This paper elaborates the necessity of the development and utilization of non-traditional water resources in Lianyungang,introduces the development status and typical cases in seawater utilization,use of reclaimed water and rainwater utilization and other aspects,points out the problems existing in the development and presents reasonable suggestions to accelerate development in the future.
