摘要 介绍了安钢钢丝绳用SWRH82A热轧盘条的生产试验情况。通过转炉高拉碳技术,确保终点[C]≥0.50%,以减少增碳剂用量,降低生产成本,减少钢中夹杂物含量;通过连铸低拉速、弱冷工艺控制,保证铸坯内部质量;通过控轧控冷工艺,使盘条性能满足了标准和用户要求。 The trial production of SWRH82A hot rolled bar for steel wire in Anyang Steel is introduced. The end point carbon content is not less than 50% by controlling high carbon in converter in order to reduce the amount of carbon addi- tive, reduce production costs and reduce inclusions in steel. The slab internal quality is controlled by the low speed casting and weak cooling process. The performance of the wire rod can meet the standard requirements and customers'requirements through using controlled rolling and controlled cooling.
