摘要
对安钢不停循环风机处理干熄焦旋转密封阀卡阻的操作进行了总结。通过关闭平板闸门、降低循环风机转速、关小干熄炉入口挡板开度、降低预存段压力控制,使旋转密封阀内部形成负压,保证处理故障可以顺利进行,实现在不停循环风机的情况下处理旋转密封阀卡阻故障。
The operation of the rotary sealing valve jam for dry quenching under constant running of the circulation fan is sumnmrized. Negative pressure is formed inside the rotary sealing valve by closing the plate gate, reducing the speed of circulation fan, turning down the dry quenching furnace inlet opening and reducing the deposit period of pressure regulating valve opening so that process faults can be solved successfully under constant running of the circulation fan.
