摘要
超高层桩基方案是整个结构设计中极为重要的环节。通过对合肥经济技术开发区中铜冠广场超高层项目主楼桩基选型技术经济分析,得出一套桩基设计方法:根据地质报告以及周围环境条件对地勘单位推荐桩型进行分析研究,结合本工程结构特点进行设计;通过对不同可选桩型就不同桩径、长度、持力层多维度的综合分析,得出符合承载力和沉降量要求的技术上可行、经济上合理的桩基方案。本工程选取了3种长螺旋钻孔灌注桩和3种人工挖孔桩共6种桩进行技术经济分析。
Pile foundation selection is an important task in the ultra high-rise building design.In this paper,technical and economic analyses in pile selection were discussed based on the a project in the Tongguan Plaza,which is located in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone.A pile foundation design procedure was proposed:(1) studying the geological report for the pile type recommended by geological exploration units and conducting preliminary design;(2) performing a detailed design to determine optional pile diameter,length,and holding force layer for a technically feasible and economically reasonable pile foundation design.During the Tongguan Plaza project,three kinds of long spiral bored piles and three types of artificial hole digging piles were compared by using the aforementioned method.
