摘要 针对煤层气抽采节能效率较低以及盲目抽采造成的自燃发火问题和其他相关问题,提出智能抽采与联动装置的研究。本装置监测事故的相关参数,通过参数的变化得知事故的发展状态,当达到事故临界点时,采取抑制事故的技术手段,开启或关闭相关设备,使抽采系统达到安全运行;同时,根据煤层气抽采的浓度和流量指标,以及矿井煤层气涌出情况,评价煤层气抽采的情况,当抽采效率过低时,变频装置减小频率或者关闭相应分支路,保证抽采系统经济、高效运行。 Aiming at the conditions that the efficiency of coalbed methane(CBM) drainage is low,the spontaneous combustion is serious caused by blind mining and other related problems,the technology is proposed that intelligent drainage and linkage device.This device monitors the related parameters of accidents,and the accident development state is defined through parameters change.When the critical point of the accident reaches,some suppression technique measures are taken,the related equipment is opened or closed,which ensures the safe operation of the drainage system.At the same time,according to the concentration and the flow index of CBM drainage,as well as the flow condition of CBM,the condition of CBM drainage can be evaluated.When the drainage efficiency is too low,the frequency conversion device is started to reduce the frequency or close the corresponding branch in order to guarantee the economic and efficient operation of drainage system.
