盾构机掘进煤矿巷道保护装置设计 被引量:5

Protector Design for Shield Tunneling Excavation Coal Roadway

摘要 巷道的掘进技术和装备的水平对煤炭的开采有着直接的经济效益影响,盾构机是一种专门用于隧道工程全断面开挖的大型工程机械,与传统施工机械相比,可显著地提高生产效率和安全性。针对目前低瓦斯矿井中引进盾构机进行煤矿巷道的掘进情况,设计并实现一种保护装置。详细介绍了软件和硬件设计,保护装置的各设备采用分布式控制,可以通过485或者CAN总线进行实时交换数据,实现盾构机周围有害气体浓度和其它状态参数的实时监测、声光电报警、故障检测和功能扩展,为盾构机在煤矿巷道掘进过程中的保护提供了解决方案。 Roadway tunneling technology and equipment level has a direct economic impact on coal mining.Shield tunneling machine is a kind of large engineering machinery special for full section excavation of tunnel engineering.Compared with the traditional construction machinery,it can remarkably improve the production efficiency and safety.In view of the present situation that the shield tunneling machine is introduced in low gas coal mine for excavation roadway,we design and implement a protector for shield tunneling machine.We introduce hardware and software design of the system in detail.The protector of the device adopts distributed control,which can carry out real-time exchange data through 485 or CAN bus.The implementation of real-time monitoring,sound and light alarm,fault detection and function extension for harmful gas concentration and other parameters around the shield tunneling machine provides a solution for shield tunneling in the process of roadway tunneling.
