摘要
传统的井筒揭煤消突方法普遍采用正向消突,但受井筒施工空间限制,存在移动、固定钻机困难,施工不易排水、排渣,影响施工进度等问题。针对上述问题,提出了井筒揭煤反向消突技术,即利用井筒井下附近巷道,布置瓦斯抽放钻孔,对井筒揭煤区域进行瓦斯抽放,消除煤与瓦斯突出危险。通过现场应用,取得了良好的效果。
Positive outburst elimination technology is commonly used in the traditional method of outburst elimination uncovering coal in mine shaft.Because of the restrict of construction space of mine shaft,there are the problems such as the difficulties of drilling rig moving and fixing,as well as water and slag drainage is not easy in the construction,which affects the construction schedule,etc.Aiming at these problems,reverse outburst elimination technology for uncovering coal in mine shaft is proposed,the roadway near the mine shaft underground is used to arrange the gas drainage hole,and conduct the gas drainage in the area of uncovering coal in mine shaft to eliminate the dangerous of coal and gas outburst.Through the field application,it achieves good results.
