摘要
沿空留巷是国内无煤柱护巷的主要形式,从充填材料及参数选择、设备配套及布置、充填区域顶板支护及工艺流程方面对深井沿空留巷巷旁充填技术进行了探索与实践,优化了巷旁充填工艺,分析了巷旁充填沿空留巷及充填体的变形及受力情况。实践表明:深井沿空留巷巷旁充填技术能够保证顶板支护结构的完整性和稳定性,充填体能够达到控制顶板下沉并适应顶板剧烈活动的要求。
Gob-side entry retaining is the main form of domestic roadway protection without coal pillar,we carry out exploration and practice from filling material and parameter selection,equipment layout and filling area roof support and technological process for deep well gob-side entry retaining filling technology,optimize roadside packing filling process,and analyze the deformation and stress distribution of roadside packing filling gob-side entry retaining and the filling body.Practice shows that the deep well gob-side entry retaining filling technology can ensure the integrity and stability of the roof supporting structure,and the filling body is able to control roof subsidence and adapt for roof vigorous activity requirements.
