Fast Moving Installation Practice at Fully Mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 以竹林山煤矿大采高1321工作面为背景,设计采用以胶轮车运输为主、轨道运输为辅的搬家方式;采用防爆无轨胶轮车运输,简化了运输系统,提高了采区接替率,减短了工作面设备的倒面搬家时间;设计并成功实施了采煤机、刮板机和液压支架的运输安装方案,使工作面搬家安装既快速又安全,为1321工作面的提前开采节约了宝贵的的时间。 Large mining height No.1321 working face in Zhulinshan Coal Mine is taken as the background,the moving way is designed that rubber-tyred vehicle transport is the main way,supplemented by rail transport.By using the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle transport,the transport system is simplified,the mining area replacement ratio is improved,and the moving time of working face equipment is shortened.Through the design and successful implementation of the transport installation plan about shearer,scraper and hydraulic support,the moving and installation of working face becomes quick and safe,thus the valuable time was saved for the advance mining of No.1321 working face.
