摘要
利用KJ216-F压力监测分站系统,监测敏东一矿I01163上01生产工作面放顶煤支架前后支柱工作阻力。借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟工作面采场实际情况,对放顶煤支架动态承载特征进行深入研究。结果表明:对于近水平放顶煤工作面,放煤支架前后柱工作阻力差值在工作面不同位置呈现不同数值,此现象与工作面不同位置支承压力引起的顶煤破碎程度不同有关。不同顶煤条件下,放煤支架前后阻力差值随着顶煤硬度的改变而发生变化,顶煤硬度越小,支架前后柱阻力越小且分布越均匀,顶煤硬度适中,支架前后柱阻力差值较大,支架上方呈现出典型的顶煤破碎分区,并且可以通过支架前后柱阻力差值来预测支架上方顶煤破碎区域分布情况。
The KJ216-F pressure monitoring system is used to monitor the top coal caving working resistance before and after prop at I01163 upper 01 face of Mindong Mine.The FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation software is used to simulate the mining face's actual situation to conduct the further research in dynamic bearing characters.The results show that the difference value of the two props fluctuated in different areas of the mining face in the nearly horizontal mining face.This phenomenon can be explained as the various fragmentation degrees caused by the abutment pressure in different areas.Under different top coal conditions,the difference value of the two props changed when the top coal's rigidity changed.When the top coal's rigidity is low,the working resistance of the two props is low and well-distributed.when the top coal's rigidity is moderate,the difference value of the two props is large and the top coal above the support is divided into three zones obviously.The difference value of the two props can be utilized to forecast the distribution of the cracked top coal.
