摘要 从瓦斯浓度分析的需求入手,指出要做好瓦斯浓度数据的二次分析,就必须能够正确区分瓦斯浓度序列所对应的生产工序。针对目前监控系统无法直接获得开停数据的掘进巷道,提出了一种通过监控系统监测到的瓦斯浓度数据序列的变化规律自动识别掘进工作面生产工序的方法。指出通过直接监测到的实时巡检瓦斯浓度来直接识别生产工序所遇到的问题,提出了通过求瓦斯巡检浓度平均值的方法对原始数据做均匀化处理,并采用相关性系数对新的浓度序列和原始浓度序列吻合程度进行判断的方法。建立了利用处理后瓦斯浓度序列各浓度值的斜率变化来自动识别不同生产工序的方法。 From the demand of gas concentration analysis,it was pointed out that it was necessary to correctly distinguish the production processes correspond to the gas concentration sequence in order to better achieve the secondary analysis of gas concentration data.Aiming at the issue that the current monitoring system could not directly obtain open stop data in driving roadway,the method was proposed that production processes of heading face would be identified automatically by testing the change law of gas concentration data sequence from monitoring system.The problems were discussed that production processes could be identified directly by real-time inspection gas concentration,the average concentration method of gas inspection was proposed to do homogenization treatment for raw data,and the correlation coefficient was used to judge the coincidence degree for the new series of gas concentrations and the original data.The method was established that the slope change of after-treatment gas concentration sequence was adopted to automatically identify different production process.
