摘要
本文简述了某型产品的频率合成器在低温(-45℃)环境下环路失锁,无法正常工作的现祭。现通过优化电路中某一个缓冲放大器的参数,减小信号失真,从而解决此故障。
This paper briefly describes the loop losing lock of a frequency synthesizer at low tempera- ture ( -45 ℃ ). The problem is solved by optimizing prarameters of a buffer amplifier in the circuit and minimizing the signal distortion.
