摘要 转子振动的故障特征难以提取,而HHT(Hilbert-Huang transform,简称HHT)方法是通过经验模态分解将信号分解成若干个IMF(intrinsic mode function,简称IMF),能够清楚地获得信号的时频分布情况,从而准确地反映系统的固有属性.本文首先揭示了转子系统故障诊断的一般流程,阐述了HHT的原理.其次提出了将HHT应用于转子振动故障特征提取的方法.最后利用Matlab建立了数学模型,进行了数值仿真,验证了希尔伯特-黄变换算法的有效性. Fault feature extraction for rotor vibration system is a difficult problem.However,the HilbertHuang transform(HHT)method is through empirical mode decomposition to decompose the signal into several intrinsic mode function(IMF),which can clearly obtain the time-frequency characteristic of signal,so as to accurately reflect the inherent property of the system.In this article,firstly,the procedure of fault diagnosis of rotor system is discussed;the principle of HHT is elaborated.Secondly,a method is proposed to put HHT in use of fault feature extraction for rotor system.Thirdly,a mathematical model for the numerical simulation is established by using Matlab to verify the HHT method.
