摘要
介绍了车身外板件拉伸工序调试常见缺陷,通过分析造成问题缺陷的内在原因,探讨减少和避免各类调试问题的解决方案,对生产实践中同类问题的解决具有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper mainly introduces body outer panel drawing process in the commonfaults, analyzed the cause of malfunction of the intrinsic reason, reduce and avoid all kinds ofproblems of the process, on the production practice of similar problem which has a certainreference value.
