摘要
针对板件在Autoform成形模拟过程中的结果判定时,关于开裂的判定方式在原来的基础上进行了进一步的发掘和探讨,目的是能够多方位、更精确地去前期预测开裂风险,并尽量与现场实际情况相吻合,特别是针对仅仅靠变薄率很难做出单一结论判定的情况下,进行多元素的综合判定,以达到最大程度的避免风险流入到现场调试阶段,提高模具制造的速度。
In view of the panel is in the process of Autoform forming simulation resultdetermination, as way to judge cracking on the basis of the original further excavation anddiscusses, the purpose is able to more accurate to forecast multidimensional cracking risk, and inconformity with the actual situation as far as possible, especially for thinning rate alone isdifficult to make a single conclusion under the condition of judgement, multielement compositedetermine, in order to achieve the greatest degree of avoid risk into the scene debugging stage,improve the speed of the die manufacturing.
