摘要
以汽车后轮罩为例,介绍了基于CAE技术的冲压回弹补偿方法在汽车覆盖件冲压模具设计中的应用。通过实物调试取样对比,验证了基于CAE技术的回弹补偿方法的可行性和有效性,说明了在汽车覆盖件模具开发设计阶段引入基于CAE的回弹补偿方法,可以缩短模具制造周期,降低开发成本,增加一次试模成功的可能性。
This paper takes the automobile rear wheel housing as an example,introduced thestamping springback compensation method based on CAE technology application in the design ofthe automotive panel stamping die.Through physical debugging sampling comparison,verified thefeasibility and effectiveness of springback compensation method based on CAE technology,illustrated that it can shorten die manufacturing cycle, reduce development costs, increase thepossibility of success of the first test mode,when the springback compensation method based onCAE is introduced in the product engineering of automobile covering development design stage.
