摘要
针对高校贵重仪器设备共享度不高、人员积极性缺乏等问题,提出了与传统激励机制不同的柔性激励机制。不仅分析了柔性激励机制的内涵和实现方式,而且从绩效激励、精神激励、个人提升激励、维修费补给激励以及强制性规定等方面进行了设计。实践结果表明,柔性激励对于提高仪器设备共享度和人员积极性有着很重要的作用,是一种十分有效的激励策略与方式。
This paper illustrates the flexible motivational mechanism different to the traditional motivational mechanism,in order to solve the problems about low equipment sharing degree and inadequate staff enthusiasm in valuable instruments and equipment sharing in colleges and universities.This paper not only analyzes the connotation and realization way of the flexible motivational mechanism,but also designs the flexible motivation mechanism including performance incentive,spirit incentive,personal promotion incentive,repair cost supply incentive and mandatory provisions.The research result shows the flexible motivation has a very important role to improve equipment sharing degree and the enthusiasm of staff.Therefore,the flexible motivation is an effective motivational strategy and method.
