职业院校学生顶岗实习评价指标体系研究与实践 被引量:13

摘要 针对高职电子信息类专业学生顶岗实习地点分散、顶岗实习评价指标针对性不强的问题,提出顶岗实习评价和实习管理相结合的评价思路,构建了三级评价指标体系。评价主体分为校内指导教师、实习企业的指导人员和实习学生本人,分别给出了企业指导人员和学生自我评价的评价指标、校内指导教师的评价指标,并给出学生顶岗实习成绩计算方法。通过建立评价标准,提高了顶岗实习的质量和有效性。 Internship is an important way of fostering students' practical abilities and professional skills as well as an essential procedure during the practical teaching in occupation education.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the students majoring in electronic information engineering in higher vocational colleges,this paper argues that the evaluation of the internship should be closely combined with the internship management,thus establishing a scientific 3-level evaluation index system to improve the quality and effectiveness of internship.Through the establishment of the evaluation standard,it improves the quality and effectiveness of internship.
