缺血后适应心脏保护作用的影响因素研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 缺血后适应(ischemic postconditioning,IPost),即冠状动脉再灌注开始时对其进行短暂、重复的开通及再闭过程,随后恢复冠状动脉血流,可提高心肌对缺血的耐受性。这一概念由Zhao等首先提出,他们利用狗的急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)模型,在持续再灌注之前给予心脏连续3次30 s再灌注/30 s再缺血,发现可明显减少心肌梗死面积(infarct size,IS)。
