随着新媒体发展与信道扩张,突发公共事件中的谣言、流言、失实新闻等噪音一直充斥在微博、论坛、手机等媒体里,并借助大众传播媒体得以强化,造成信息传播系统失灵和社会恐慌。本文以"抢盐事件"为案例,创新性地采用"全景式"分析模式诊断信息流的全过程,从噪音流的发展阶段和传播要素两个方面进行分析,以期从信息流这一新的视角探究突发公共事件中噪音的传播和消解。

With the development of new media and channel expansion, rumors, gossip, false news and other noise in sudden public events have been filled in microblog, forum, mobile phone and other media. The noise can be enhanced by mass media,resulting in information dissemination system failure and social panic. This article will take ＂The Rush of Salt＂ as a case,analyzing from the period and elements of the noise, in order to explore the communication and elimination of the noise in sudden public events from the perspective of information flow.
