《毛泽东先生与延安新中华报记者其光先生的谈话》是王明在情势紧急下以毛泽东名义发表的一篇反驳国民党"一党专政"言论的文章。这篇文章在发表后为中共在舆论上争取了较大的主动。同时,《谈话》一文的起草、发表也多少体现了王明当时复杂的心态。

Conversation Between Mao Zedong and Reporter Qi Guang from Yan＇an New China Newspaper is an essay refuting ＂One Party Dictatorship＂ speech from the KMT, written by Wang Ming, published under the name of Mao Zedong in an emergency situation. After it was published,the Communist Party of China received greater initiative in public opinion.Meanwhile,the draft and the publishing process of Conversation also embodied Wang Ming＇s complex mentality.
