克龄蒙联合坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢早衰疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Climen combined with Kuntai capsule for premature ovarian failure

目的对克龄蒙联合坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效进行探讨。方法选取2012年1月—2014年1月在瑞安市中医院门诊就诊的90例卵巢早衰患者,将其按照随机数字法随机分为观察组和对照组2组,每组45例,对照组采取克龄蒙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗。观察所有患者治疗前、治疗3个月后及停药3个月后的围绝经期症状及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、卵巢体积(OVD)、子宫内膜厚度变化。结果 2组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后,K评分均显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05),观察组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后K评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后,FSH均显著性低于治疗前,E2均显著性高于治疗前(均P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月后及停药3个月后FSH均显著性低于对照组,E2均显著性高于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组治疗3个月后子宫内膜厚度均显著性高于治疗前(均P<0.05),但停药3个月后,观察组子宫内膜厚度显著性高于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗3个月后及停药3个月后2组卵巢体积(OVD)与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),2组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论克龄蒙联合坤泰胶囊不仅可以改善卵巢早衰妇女的临床症状,又有助于卵巢功能的恢复,临床效果好,值得临床推广。

Objective The discuss the clinical efficacy of Climen combined with kuntai capsule in the treatment of premature ovarian failure（ POF）. Methods Total 90 cases of POF in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group by using the random numbers table,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was administrated with Climen,while the observation group with Kuntai capsule and Climen. The perimenopause symptoms were observed,the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH）,estrogen（ E2）,ovarian volume（ OVD） were tested,and endometrial thickness was determined before the treatment,after 3 months of treatment and 3 months after the withdrawal in all patients. Results After three months of treatment and three months after the withdrawal,K scores were significantly lower as compared with those before the treatment in both groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and the observation group was superior to the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The levels of FSH decreased while the E2 increased in both groups（ all P〈0. 05）,and there was significant difference between the two group（ all P〈0. 05）.The endometrial thickness increased obviously after three months of treatment in both groups（ all P〈0. 05）; three months after the withdrawal,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly higher than that before the treatment and that of the control groups（ all P〈0. 05））. The ovarian diameter（ OVD） had no significant changes after three months of treatment and three months after the withdrawal（ all P〉0. 05）,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ all P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Climen combined with kuntai capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of women with premature ovarian failure,and help the patients restore their ovarian function,achieve good curative effect,it is worthy of promotion.
