ABC时间管理法在NICU护理工作中的应用效果观察

Utility of ABC method of time management in nursing services in neonatal intensive care unit

目的时间管理的概念是现代护理管理学的重要组成部分,为提高NICU护士护理工作效率和护理质量,实施ABC时间管理法并探讨了在NICU护理工作中的应用效果。方法于2014年3—9月对NICU 8名护理人员实施ABC时间管理法进行管理,并由护理部采用现场记录方式进行调查,比较ABC时间管理法实施前后护士护理项目时间、护理质量的差异,对所获得的计量资料均采用(x±s)的形式表示,采用t检验进行统计分析,P<0.05表明差异具有统计学意义。结果 NICU实施ABC时间管理法后,NICU护士每日实施治疗时间、基础护理时间和护理记录时间分别由实施前的(97.5±19.8)min、(75.4±11.8)min、(97.4±16.2)min分别降低至(68.2±14.3)min、(56.7±13.1)min和(73.2±11.7)min,护士专科护理时间和健康教育时间分别由(64.2±9.6)min、(47.5±12.2)min提高至(82.5±17.4)min和(65.6±15.6)min;护士护理记录、护理质量和健康教育得分分别由实施前的3.50±0.33、3.75±0.41、3.88±0.55提高至4.38±0.27、4.63±0.63、4.63±0.36,经检验各项目差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ABC时间管理法的实施降低了护理人员每日实施治疗时间、基础护理时间和护理记录时间,提高了护士专科护理时间和健康教育时间,并改善了护士护理记录、护理质量和健康教育水平,结果表明ABC时间管理法能有效改善NICU护士的工作效率和工作质量,值得推广。

Objective To perform ABC method of time management in nursing services in neonatal intensive care unit（ NICU） and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods 8 nurses in NICU were managed by ABC method of time management from March to September in 2014. The field investigation was conducted by Nursing Dept. The quantitative data were showed by（ x ± s） and analyzed by t test. The nursing time and quality and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of ABC method were compared. Results After the implementation of ABC method of time management,the daily treatment time,basic nursing,nursing recording time were decreased from（ 97. 5 ± 19. 8） min,（ 75. 4 ± 11. 8） min and（ 97. 4 ± 16. 2） min to（ 68. 2 ± 14. 3） min,（ 56. 7 ± 13. 1） min and（ 73. 2 ± 11. 7） min,respectively. The specialized nursing time and health education time were increased from（ 64. 2 ± 9. 6） min and（ 47. 5 ± 12. 2） min to（ 82. 5 ± 17. 4）min and（ 65. 6 ± 15. 6） min,respectively. The quality of nursing records,nursing quality and health education were increased from 3. 50 ± 0. 33,3. 75 ± 0. 41 and 3. 88 ± 0. 55 to 4. 38 ± 0. 27,4. 63 ± 0. 63 and 4. 63 ± 0. 36,respectively. The differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of ABC method of time management can reduce the daily treatment time,basic nursing time and nursing record time,and raise the specialized nursing and health education time. It can also improve the quality of nursing records,nursing care,health education,and the work efficiency and quality of NICU nurses.
