摘要
目的调查恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的心理防御方式,为提供个性化护理和心理疏导提供依据。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对136例住院肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,以100例健康人群作为正常对照组,对调查结果进行比较分析。结果恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间不成熟防御方式显著高于正常对照组(P<0 01),成熟防御、中间防御以及掩饰因子与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0 05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的心理防御方式存在异常,应加强心理护理。
Objective To explore the psychological defense way of malignant tumor patients＇ during chemotherapy. Methods A questionnaire study（ Defense Style Questionnaire） was conducted between 136 hospitalized patients and 100 healthy people（ control group）,then analyze and compare the results. Results The immature defense way scores of malignant tumor patients are higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There is no difference of mature defense way scores and conceal factors between malignant tumor patients and the control group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The psychological defense way of malignant tumor patients＇ during chemotherapy is abnormal,nurses should strengthen psychological nursing.
