This paper summarized the application of quality control circle to reduce mistakes while fill in dialysis parameter table. The methods included grasping the theme,making plans,holding current situation,goal setting etc. Quality control circle is helpful to reduce mistakes while fill in dialysis parameter table,improve the quality of nursing documents and can arouse the enthusiasm of team members.
