摘要
采用闭眼单脚站立、闭眼原地踏步、闭眼十米走和功能性前伸实验四种测试方法,对合肥市方兴小学180名7~10岁小学生进行静态及动态平衡能力的测试研究。结果表明:7~10岁小学生静态平衡能力无性别差异,在年龄上呈显著性差异;闭眼原地踏步测试所测得指标为最适合作为动态平衡能力的评价指标,在不同性别与年龄段上均呈显著性差异;小学生的静态与动态平衡能力在不同性别、不同年龄段上均有差异,并随年龄的增长不断提高。
By using four test methods of standing on one foot with eyes closed,standing still with eyes closed,ten meters away with eyes closed and functional reach,180 pupils of 7~10 years old in Hefei Fangxing primary school have been tested and studied for static and dynamic balance ability.The results show:for 7~10-year-old pupils,there is no difference in gender for static balance ability,but there is a significant diffenence in age.Vestibular stepping is the most suitable indicators for test of dynamic balance ability.There are significant differences in different gender and age.Pupils of different age and gender are different in static and dynamic balance ability,which will increase with the growing age.
