Study on the Teaching Capacity Development of Vocational College Teachers

要提高高职高专院校教师的教学能力,从以下三个方面入手:学科专业知识方面——打破学科阻隔,加强学科交流,填补学科间交叉知识点的空白;教育知识能力方面——重视岗前培训,对非师范出身的新教师加强教育学知识的指导;教育专业精神方面——加强师德教育,提高教师道德修养.

To improve the teaching capacity of the vocational college teachers,the following three aspects should be studied.First aspect is the disciplinary expertise—the barrier of disciplines should be broken and academic exchanges should be strengthened to fill gaps in interdisciplinary cross points.Second aspect is the educational knowledge and capacity—emphasis should be put on pre-service training and pedagogical knowledge should be strengthened to non-normal origin teachers.Final aspect is the spirit of the teaching profession—ethics education should be strengthened to improve the moral training of teachers.
