The Economic Analysis of Property Rights Trading Center

各地产权交易中心的成立是中国经济改革与发展过程中的一种制度创新。本文通过对该中心的经济学分析表明，其在中国经济发展中的作用体现在以下两个方面： 1．节约交易费用，因而能促进产权的交易和流通； 2．具有促进产权明晰的辅助作用。上述两种作用的共同发挥，将引起经济资源趋向帕累托最优的帕累托改进，而这种改进无疑会促进中国经济的发展。

The establishment of property rights trading center is a new institution in China's economic reform and development. To analyze the center in economic term,the paper explains that the center will fuel the China's economy in two aspects.Firstly, the center can facilitate transaction and liquidity of property rights by saving the transaction costs.Secondly, the center has a great importance of helping clear the property rights. The above two functions will cause the Pareto improvement, which will undoubtedly promote China's economy growth.
