Network political spaces: attributes,limitations and appeal

网络政治空间研究逐渐引起国内外学界的高度关注,其特性、限度与诉求等基础性问题愈加成为深化研究无法绕开、必须回答的关键问题。网络政治空间的独特属性包括虚拟与现实、公域与私域交互,固定与流动、国别与国际交汇,非理性与理性、技术与政治交织。从空间意义、政治本性、伦理意义和国家意义角度,网络政治空间具有公共性、属人性、正义性和主权性的限度。走向理性应当成为网络政治空间的基本诉求。

The issue of network political spaces is drawing increasing attention of researchers over the world.The basic topics,such as the attributes,limitations and appeal,are central for in-depth research that has to be addressed. The unique attributes of network political spaces are of both virtual and real,with the interaction of public sphere and private sphere,the intersection of the stable and mobile,the international and domestic,the non-rational and rational as well as technology and politics. From the perspectives of spatial meaning,political nature,ethical significance and national significance,network political spaces are subject to the limitations of publicity,humanism,justice and sovereignty. To be rational should be the basic appeal of network political space.
