通过与原1#~3#麦尔兹窑指标消耗对比,对4#、5#窑煤气消耗偏高原因进行分析,制定相应措施,通过优化工艺操作,改良设备等,降低了煤气消耗。

Compared with the consumption indexes the reasons of high LDG consumption of No.4 and reduce the gas consumption by optimizing technical of No.1 to No.3 Mearz kilns,this paper analyzes No.5 kilns and takes corresponding measures to operation and improving equipment.
