摘要
彼得·圣吉学习型组织模式的基本要义有思想路径、终极价值关怀、团队核心学习能力,修炼方法有系统思考、自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、团队学习及它们之间的内在逻辑,而修炼方法的掌握需要经历实践演练、原则理念、精神实质三个必经阶段,需要结构影响行为、杠杆解、创造性张力与情感张力等原则来指引。作为一种持续的学习实践,彼得·圣吉学习型组织模式没有终极目标和一成不变的学习形态,需要在实践中去反思,去寻找促进团队及成员进步的人性、高效、实用的办法。
The main essential factors of Peter Senge's learning organization model involve ideological path,ultimate value concerns and core team learning capabilities,while its methods include the systematic thinking,selftranscendence,mental model,shared vision,team learning and the intrinsic logic among them. The mastery of those methods can be attained through three inevitable stages—practice drill,principle ideas and spiritual essence in tandem with the guidance of such principles as the structure impact behavior,leverage,creativity tension and emotional tension,etc. As one type of continuous learning practice,while Peter Senge's learning organization model has no ultimate target and fixed learning forms,efforts should be made to reflect in the practice process so as to find the humane,efficient and practical approaches to promoting the progress of the team and its members.
